Warm Greetings!! Im contesting in the TN Assembly Elections this time from Velachery constituency which compromises of Velachery,Adyar,Besant Nagar, Tharamani & Thiruvanmiyur which is the most educated constituency in the TN State as an independent candidate.

The idea of contesting is not to change the State at once. It is to try and prove that educated youngsters can also take part in politics for the betterment of our nation. If we can work hard and win 1 seat in the assembly this time, more number of educated youngsters will take interest in politics looking at this victory. We plan to start a political party after the elections and work for contesting in more places next time. In the next 10 to 15 years, if we can manage to have 30 to 40 seats in the segments where there is high degree of educated population, I am sure we can have some amount of say on the way the government will function. Atleast, we will be sending signals to the atrociously bold politicians of the present. The damage done in the last 60 years cannot be undone in short time but if there is an initiative it will definitely make a difference and we can give our children or atleast our grandchildren a better place to live.

I request you all to support us in this initiative.

We Need 40000 votes to WIN.

A WIN will send a strong message to the whole political class and also encourage lakhs of educated youngsters across the country to get into mainstream politics.

1. We got around 15890 votes in the last Parliamentary elections 2009 & if each of them bring 1 more vote this time would be like another 15890 votes...

2. Our campaign team visited nearly 30000 homes till now which covers about 60% of voting popuation in door to door campaign and we had tremendous response. (We have support of around 20000 voters through this)..

3. I have addressed around 8 lakhs students & professionals and that comes handy and in door to door campaign im able to meet thousands of them...

4. Got few hundreds of ground level volunteers who work relentlessly for the cause.

5. Got around 5000 friends whose support proving to be handy..

6. Advantages - ADMK (Less known Candidate), PMK is contesting (Advantage is we get DMK & Congress votes from grass roots too) & MDMK is not in alliance....

7. In facebook & Orkut connected to around 44000 direct friends..

8. I have been working on this strategy for 2 years..

9. Only negative: Mindset of section of people that Independent cannot win...
