1st century of IPL 2010-Yusuf Pathan

IPL is on fire!!! Hurray!!! What an innings from Yusuf!! No one would have expected a quick fire century from him in this match. He is one of the biggest hitters and clean strikers of the cricket ball. When the batsmen of Rajasthan Royals were returning back to pavilion in quick successions, it was Yusuf who played an out-standing innings. His 100 runs from 37 balls consisted of nine 4's and eight 6's. Had he stayed for two more over in the crease it would have been an easy win for the RR. This is the fastest 100 in the history of IPL. Yusuf became the second Indian to score a 100 in the IPL, the other being Manish Pandey. Though RR lost the match by 4 runs, Yusuf was awarded the man-of-the-match for his blistering innings. Hope his form continues forever so that we could enjoy his boom-boom 6's.
